what would that look like? i have long wavy hair. when it is cut short it springs up and is shorter. i want a funky cut that is uneven yet spunky.

my hair looked HORRIBLE until i grew it back out. I do not suggest doing this. If you want a spunky cut, get it done at a hairdressers.

A low ponytail would leave it longer and more hair to work with, a high ponytail would cut of A LOT on top of your head and leave you with a bald spot.

I really wouldn't suggest this also because you have wavy hair that springs back up. It's going to be SUPER, DUPER short. Seriously, you might as well take clippers to your head and shave it.

I think it would look okay, probably uneven. If you do a higher ponytail then the top layers might be shorter making it looked layer? its so cool you want to cut your own hair, I do too.

Well if you put it in a low ponytail, there is less hair to cut off. In a high one, there is more. So it depends on how short you wants your hair. Either way,I think it would look cute.

NOOOO!!! Get a friend to do it but dnt do it that way! Simply pull all your hair forwards over your face so you can see it, and cut the ends making sure they are all even. If i were you though go the hairdresser or get a trusty friend to do it.

If you used a high ponytail then the top of the hair would be shorter and it would lok layered. If you use a low ponytail, then it will be more flat. I think that if you want a funkier cut, then go w/ the high pony!

just maintain medium to long length of hair. it will always look nice.

never ever cut your hair short! your hair will look like a bird's nest.
