my sister got layers and her hair doesnt really grow

Don't cut your hair just because your friends want you to! More than likely they are jealous! If you like your hair the way it is, keep it that way. It sounds like you have the kind of hair that most women (and some men!) would kill for. So, don't change is just to appease your friends.

If you like it then leave it alone. It doesn't mean they are jealous they just want you to be in style.

if you do get it cut, you can keep all your length if you tell your stylist to cut it in long layers and to keep the length!!! you'll love it cause it makes your hair look so much prettier!!! then your friends will get satisfaction that you cut your hair AND your boyfriend and yourself will still be happy

First of all, it's your hair %26amp; no one else's, so wear your hair as you wish. I don't know why your friends are so concerned about your hair. They shouldn't be. As for being jealous, who knows, but the next time they bug you about your hair, tell them no thanks, I love it just as it is. Long hair can be beautiful without putting long layers in it. Don't ever let anyone talk you into doing something that you don't want to do. If you went ahead, %26amp; got your hair layered, just to please them, they'd probably have some negative comments about it, so don't even try to pacify them. You like your hair the way it is %26amp; so does your boyfriend, so that's an added bonus. Your friends need to get a life.

You know what, don't give into pressure. So they tell you to cut it, big deal! If you don't want to cut it then you don't have to. However, if you are curious about it you could get one of those programs that you load a picture and it has a whole bunch of hairstyles to try. Eh, I'm the rebelious type so I say do what you want. Don't let your friends make you who you are. Don't lose your individuality! Plus your boyfriend likes it! That's a plus!
