I like shaved heads. But if that feels too extreme to you then go with a good short cut. The longer your hair is the more it emphasizes your bald spots. Comb overs are just simply awful.

Welcome to the club bro. Depending on your skull, either shave it or buzz it short like with a #2 clipper cut. Personally I have the buzz cut. I cut it about every 2 weeks.
